Ill-Walgau Water Association
The Ill-Walgau Water Association is a municipal institution that oversees flood protection and river restoration projects along the Ill River in the Walgau Valley. We collaborated with the association to create a visually engaging and user-friendly website.
The Ill-Walgau Water Association partnered with OLEX to design and develop a visually compelling and user-friendly website. Our goal was to capture the beauty and magnitude of this long-term project while making the association’s activities transparent to the public. The website serves as a central platform to communicate updates on flood protection and naturalization efforts across the region.
A key requirement was ensuring the association’s team could independently manage and update all sections of the site. To meet this need, we developed a flexible WordPress system that allows for easy expansion as new flood protection projects and restoration measures are introduced.
In addition to the web design and development, OLEX handled the photo and video production for several major projects, including NFP Feldkirch, the flood retention project in Bludesch/Gais, and the NGP bottom ramps in Nüziders.
